  • UNIDO Mission: is described in Lima Declaration (2013) adopted at 15th session of UNIDO General Conference. It is to promote and accelerate Inclusive and Sustainable Industrial Development (ISID) in Member States.
  • Mandate: UNIDO’s mandate is completely recognized in SDG-9 (Sustainable Development Goal): Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation.
